Provided modified MEP engineering services for the design of a new 10,000 SF single story fire station, with lounge, bunk room, kitchen area, work room, and apparatus bays. The project incorporated green technology designs such as geothermal heating and cooling and solar voltaic water heating.  The project is located in Abingdon, Harford County, Maryland. TEI will assisted with construction administrative services throughout the construction period.  The Grand Opening took place November 2012.
