MEP design of a new two story with basement, 27,000 SF multi-function municipal building (city hall, courthouse and police station).  The project is located at 579 Ringwood Avenue, in Wanaque, Passaic County, New Jersey.

The groundbreaking ceremony occurred on Tuesday, July 30^th, 2013.  The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2015.
